Who Played Sylar Before Zachary Quinto Was Cast On Nbc’s Heroes?

Since Zachary wasn’t cast until the show had already begun airing, there was some other man playing as Sylar. (a man in a long jacket and ballcap). I was just curious if anyone knew who that man was that they had before Zachary Quinto.

    Prior to Quinto’s first appearance in the episode “Seven Minutes to Midnight”, the role of Sylar is played by stunt doubles, with the character’s face being obscured by shadows. Sylar’s voice during a telephone conversation is that of voice actor Maurice LaMarche.

    Maurice LaMarche has a voice credit in season 1 episode 2
    All the other information I could find says that the character was played by stunt doubles with the face being shadowed. LaMarche was Sylar’s voice on the telephone.
